We are committed to strengthening the local food system by providing nutritious produce harvested at peak freshness, believing that choosing local improves our island economy and protects precious farmland.
Your personalized veg box
Paul grows a variety of non-GMO vegetables and fruits, and Chelsea expertly puts together beautiful, personalized vegetable and fruit boxes.
Available each week throughout the season, these boxes are fresh picked on the day of pickup; tailored to your family's needs, bringing the freshest produce directly to you.

Vegetables
Carrots - Sweet & crunchy
Naturally sweet carrots, great for snacking, roasting, or adding to any dish. Grown with care for superior taste. Ask Chelsea for the recipe for carrot slaw..an addictive side dish.
Beets - Sweet red and yellow varietals. Award winning in 2025.
Roasted, steamed, grated raw perfect for salads. Hand-picked for the best flavour.
Beans - Green & nutritious
Tender green beans, perfect raw, steamed or stir-fried. A healthy addition to any meal. Great fresh as a snack or easy addition to your picnic basket.
Broccoli - Hearty & wholesome
Farm-fresh broccoli, steamed, smashed, or baked...the broccoli is one you will keep coming back for.
Cauliflower - Hearty & wholesome
Steamed, baked, or riced...this nutrient dense cruciferous vegetable is a popular low carb gluten-free substitute for grains and even meats. Low in calories high in fiber, Vit C, and essential nutrients like choline
Cucumbers - Cool & refreshing
Crisp and hydrating cucumbers, excellent in salads or as a refreshing side dish.
Leafy greens - Fresh & vibrant
A selection of crisp lettuce, (green, red leaf or romaine, and kale and swiss chard. Ideal for healthy meals and bursting with nutrients.

Potatoes - Hearty & wholesome
Farm-fresh potatoes, suitable for mashing, baking, or roasting. A staple from our harvest.

We know how much you love fresh cherries, peaches, and necatrines...so as soon as we can get them, we bring them fresh to you.
Our philosophy
At Paulz Farm, Paul and Chelsea are a husband-wife team committed to a vision that invites our neighbours to grow with us, one season at a time. Paul and his team pick fresh from before sun up until every box is filled.
Chelsea bakes in a local commercial kitchen to bring you the best carrot cake, beet brownies and her newest creation carrot marmelade.
We are open as long as there are vegetables in the ground, ensuring freshness and quality in every harvest.
